I am not flexible at all, how do I do yoga?
Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, fitness or flexibility. Even the energy level of on a specific day can make a difference, but it is never an excuse to not practice. All classes are very personal, full of modifications and adaptable to each body. Find what feels good for you.
Can I enrol if I do not speak any English?
Our courses are designed for all levels of English learners. With our experience, teaching all levels and ages, including young children and the elderly, we have obtained a broad toolbox to help you on your learning journey and avoid the frustrations of misunderstandings. In addition, we also speak Spanish, Portuguese, German and Dutch should you want to get in contact in another language.
How do you mark my exercises and assignments?
Most of our course material is computer-based. Mistakes are automatically explained through the program. Assignments are easily send via the assignment pages or contact page. Should you have any doubts about your mistakes, please refer to the explanation boxes or contact us via the contact page.
For how long do I have access to the course material?
The course consist of 10 modules. Once enrolled you have 92 days to complete all the modules. In addition, most of the material is downloadable which allows you to study without connection to the internet or revise study material after completion of the course.
And after the course, how do I keep learning?
Annie and Sara constantly strive to obtain the best learning experience for each student. Once you are finished with the ENGA beginner course, you can move on to the higher level or enrol in other courses that focus on the yogic lifestyle, general English grammar and more general related topics, such as travel, tourism, cultures, business or preparation for the Cambridge exams.
